You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Girl Saddle USA, Ltd. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.
14 Day Return Policy
Items Not Designed by Girl Saddle USA, Ltd.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Returning your order please contact [email protected] Items must be in new and unused condition with the original packing materials, all security and labels must be intact. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the return transit time plus an additional 5 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. Items not returned within 14 days of receipt will be eligible for exchange only. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
Lingerie & Swimwear
We do not accept returns of lingerie or Swimwear under our 14 days return policy.

Girl Saddle USA Designs manufacturing items that designs and sells it's own merchandise, This applies to all customers who purchase Girl Saddle USA Designs.
Each Client has a 30 day inspection period from the time we ship the merchandise, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase a refund will be made to the purchaser, refunds are not issued after 30 days. Please email at [email protected] within 7 days after receipt of the product. Items must be in new and unused condition with original packing materials, all security and labels must be intact. When returning the product you are responsible for Shipping/Handling and insuring the returned items, Girl Saddle USA Designs. will not be responsible for any shipping loss. Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable. During our 30 day inspection period we will cover the Labor only repair merchandise by Girl Saddle USA Designs example: If a Stone, Pearls, Beads, Clasp etc., falls out and you have the items we will repair the item free of charge, but you are responsible for the Shipping and Handling Fees to and from us. Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence, abuse or you lose any of the materials example: Stones, Pearls, Beads, Clasp etc., you are responsible for the replacement cost of the new items including the Shipping and Handling Fees to and from us. All warranties are voided if the items has been worked on example: repaired, sized, setting adjustment, etc., by another jeweler other than Girl Saddle USA Designs.

Final Sale may not be returned and exchanged and are not subject to price adjustments.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Girl Saddle USA, Ltd. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Girl Saddle USA, Ltd. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico.
USA Standard Delivery Charges are $5.00 with additional $1.50 per item, Canada Standard Delivery Charges are $8.50 with additional $1.50 per item and International Standard Delivery Charges are $12.00 with additional $2.50 per item. Free Shipping on orders over $150.00 or more in the United States & Canada applies to Economy & Standard Ground. Taxes and additional shipping and handling do not count toward the free shipping amount.
Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday to Friday. APO, FPO military address or PO Box may only be delivered via US Postal Service. PO Boxes are not eligible for International Shipping. All deliveries are not made on Saturday, Sunday or on Public Holidays.
UPS Ground and US Postal Service are only available at this time.

Please allow 5 to 7 days for Standard Delivery for All in Stock Items. All Back-Ordered Items will shipped via Standard Delivery at no additional charge.

Sales Tax
Girl Saddle USA, Ltd. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. On International Shipments the recipient are responsible for duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country carrier related fees. All additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
